Talked to manager and she said I needed to use a banker I said ok waited on him to show up. Then he calls me in and he don’t know what he’s doing cause he keeps going back and fourth to the managers office. This one reason I hate WellsFargo La Vernia.

By the time it was my turn it was 12:01 they had closed and closed their blindes. This location needs more employees. Or set cones. Just very disappointing sitting in line for 30 min.
