So I ask if she could order me a replacement and have it sent in the mail. She said oh we can't do replacements here you have to call customer service. So if I didn't have a credit card and I was trying to get a credit card you could get me one but you can't order me a replacement. That's when I realized she wasn't trying to help me. This was the little Hispanic girl behind the desk. She was rude and unhelpful. I plan on calling customer care
