- KLKeith LandDec 24, 20255.0I have been with Shell FCU since 1976 and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Back in those days, I could call Betty R and tell her I was at a car dealership and wanted to buy a new car and hand the phone to the finance manager at the dealership, they would do the finance agreement, I would drive the new car to the Credit Union, in a day or two and complete the paperwork then. Things have changed in that way, but the service is still great.
