    Horrible service. You have to monitor your account every day, twice a day, due they make courtesy charges even if you have money available.

    This 1 star review is not on the employee or the service I got from the employee. This 1 star review is for the Shell Federal Credit Union Company itself. The teller that took care of my transaction was so sweet and professional. However, the teller was having to take care of a long backed up lobby line by herself. She had no assistance or backup at all. I felt so bad and a little uncomfortable seeing this poor sweet employee very overwhelmed and stressed because this company seems to think it ok to take advantage of their employees. The wait in line was quite long, and the person in-front of me was very noticeably getting very upset and growing very impatient. Which I don't blame him or the employee. I’m just glad he didn’t take it out on the very sweet and overwhelmed teller. The way this company obviously believes the way they treat their employees is ok, is absolutely ridiculous, appalling, and just plain sad. It is definitely not fair for you to treat your employees like this and definitely not fair for you treat your customers like this.

    I hate this bank and I’m about to find a new bank. I can’t rant about so many things. But how they gonna cash your check before telling you that there will be a 12 day hold. I could have took it to my other credit union and walked away with all of the cash. People need there money now not later. It’s ridiculous and I’m so pissed. As soon as my check posts I’m leaving.
