And - wow! - I was blown away by the customer service offered by Kristy (Kristina)! We became fast friends and she has been nothing but patient and kind since. I am so glad I kept the account open because the benefits of having a friendly, smiling face make up for any interest I might get in online banking. I always say hello to Rick too. He's been consistently there for several years now, after the bank was experiencing a lot of turnover. Together, these two have turned the branch around! And, made a loyal customer out of me.
