Kelsey went above and beyond in providing "Knocks Your Socks Off Customer Service". She offered to follow up on a transfer that I was placing from another bank account to my prosperity bank account. When the transfer posted she gave me a call letting me know. I advised her that I would be in the bank placing a wire transfer and what day I would be there. When I came into your location to have a wire transfer placed, she came up to me and asked if I was Julie. When I told her yes, she took charge and ensured that my wire transfer was placed quickly and efficiently. She then called to let me know that my wire transfer had completed successfully. This is exceptional customer service that we don't get every day. Kelsey is a star employee and should be recognized for providing excellent customer service to Prosperity bank account holders.
