- RHRussell HarrisDec 16, 20251.0I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years. Before you could come in and talk with someone within in 5 to 10 mins max. Now you have to have an appointment which is difficult to get because no one calls you back when you call, if you can get someone to answer. I bank with other institutions and if it wasn’t such a hassle to move everything over I would have done it years ago. They did have multiple tellers back in the day Now at max it’s 2. Wells Fargo at one point was about community, but not such what they are about anymore. Maybe just wasting people’s time. 12/17/2025 I have sent email as requested with the information you requested.
