I was worried because I couldn’t sign the documents for my new insurance policy and was on the 3rd day of a 3 day period, and I didn’t want to risk my policy being canceled. Abel immediately got on the phone with GEICO and the proceeded to call me back and walk me through the next steps, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. - FWFrances WhiteOct 27, 20251.0When someone is having something notarized this place is the worst. One signs in at desk and must show ID and sign in and then wait a long time. Then go back to this person and again show ID and again sign. It has been suggested numerous times if a person is just having something notarized, why not just do the notarization while the staff is having the person sign in. It takes the same amount of time to show ID and sign in as it does to show ID and sing for the notary. The staff appears to be at a total loss at this rational and appear to lack Common Sense.
