I was out $4.84 the other $96 went on the principal along with my car payment. Ive banked with them for over 50 yrs back then you talmed to the same person when applying for a loan and had a personal banker They have gotten too big for the ordinary person
- QMQ MendezJul 30, 20212.0In person the branch is friendly and relatively quick. If you have to call to speak to someone it's terrible. The wait is always 45 minutes to an hour on hold. I've been disconnected a few times and had to start the wait over. Even with the call back option, you still have to wait about 5-10 more minutes on hold once they call you back.
