- JBjake brownOct 28, 20251.0Manager Straight up lied to me. Over chit chatting and didn’t want to be bothered. Check clearly wrote on Wells Fargo. Said the insurance company required it for deposit only. She said it was even on the check. Wrong. She lied. No where was it on the check. Not only was it a lie , it’s also illegal for a bank not to honor their own check. I’ve reported it to the attorney general as well as the sec. Btw Walmart had no problem cashing the check. Liar.

At one point I wanted to close my account here due to very unprofessional customer service but after moving near this location at Kingwood I started loving it again. This particular branch valued their customers and know how to work in bank.
- LJLakendra JacksonDec 4, 20232.0This bank is a pain, I came in to cash a cheak. They were not able to do it. I came another time. The doors were locked at open time. I lost my card, they couldn't give me a temporary card. They don't do money orders. Your a bank, what do you do?? My advised is to go to another Well Fargo Jose at that the front will say we don't do that or go online. Or deposit in the atm. What is your job then??
