- JRJanessa RiveraSep 11, 20252.0I had an appointment at 1pm and they failed to tell me I was in need of three forms of Identification the woman helping me was amazing and was very kind so she told me that if I was back before 2 that she would take me in or I could reschedule another day. So I told her I would be back with my form before 2. When I got back at about to be 1:40pm she had someone with her already which I didn’t mind waiting but another banker came up to me and asked if I had an appointment and I said yes I was just returning so she said rudely that I was a walk in and I told her no because the original girl rescheduled me to be there before 2pm so I was there in time. The second banker told me that the girl that helped me took in the second bakers client and that’s why my banker wasn’t able to meet with me. But I still waited patiently hoping they would finish before 2 but unfortunately not the original girl that helped me took in her 2pm appointment and I still decided to wait hoping it wouldn’t take long then the second banker came to me again and said that if I was ok waiting another hour because the girl helping me would be done by 3. That’s where I drew the line so I got up and told her I wasn’t going to be rescheduling again. Currently living in kingsville hoping I can get banking help here but I will live and learn to stay with my hometown Wells Fargo.
