Because of difficulties I had, they didn't try to coerce me in any way to catch up or commit to a full payment. They instead offered alternative payment options that released stress instead of piling it on. The people I have talked to didn't sound like some typical script reading call center but real people who want to help and not punish you because sometimes life throws curveballs.
