  Don't beleave the stars on any of these banks. We had nothing, but problems. People have access to your account in California buying stuff and wiping out your account. This has happened not just once, but every time you turn around. I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars, I'm talking about thousands. I hate all these banks. We are switching banks. Go to usaa or so a credit union typ bank, or even first national before you get roped into this bank. If you do it will be hard to get out, but you will be breathing easily not working about if someone is going to wipe out your account. I would not even give this bank a 1 star. Be advised if your account does get wiped out be ready because it's going to take a months for your money to be returned and you WILL NOT GET ALL OF IT BACK. AVOID THIS BANK DO NOT LISSON TO THE REVIEWS. They need to be investigated and be shut down. Extraco bank is national bank of texas under a diffrent name and doing the same thing as National Bank of Texas was doing and was over fraud. Im waiting on someone to put in a class action lawsuit against them so we get our money back in the thousands that we lost. I pray an attorney would read this and do something. My husband is a veteran and he served our country. Shame on Extraco shame on them for there greed.

  I live in Thailand with my wife and just got off the phone with Extraco Banks and resolved our concerns with our ATM transactions. The representative was very helpful and cheerful and understood our problem and resolved it for us. Been banking with Extraco for over 26 years now and they have always been there for the glitches even after I moved here to Thailand 23 years ago to marry my wife. They helped me get her on the account and have helped both of us over the years. They are always courteous especially to my wife to make sure she understands instructions and we appreciate all the help over the years. Thank you Extraco Bank!
