Not enough tellers! Takes too long. I just needed change. Only 1 teller working. It took 30 minutes at least. I have used WF for 30 years. This is the only branch I have problems with. After reading other reviews, sounds like this branch needs improvement!

Sat at drive up window over 15 minutes. Finally, backed out and went inside to cash check took another 18 minutes. You have to work hard to that inefficient.

Yesterday I visited the Kerrville branch to deposit a check into my personal checking account - I deposit checks every month or two in various Wells Fargo locations, including Kerrville. I used my debit card during the transaction, as I’ve done in the past. However, this time the teller, who was very friendly by the way, asked to provide two forms of identification, including my driver’s license. The teller stated this has been policy for the past two years. This made zero sense to me. I have had family and friends deposit checks for me in the past just by asking the teller to deposit this into the account of Ron Walton, with no problems at all. After further research using AI, I'm told that banks may require a debit card or deposit slip to make deposits to prevent fraud. If I used my debit card to make the transaction and the bank requested my driver's license, it likely reflects a "branch-level enforcement of a broader identify verification policy". In other words, this appears to be a policy of the Kerrville branch. Maybe this branch is a hot spot for fraud and money laundering, I don't know. This may not have been a big deal, but I was late for an appointment, there was only one non-commercial lane open and sending the documents back and forth delayed the transaction further. In short, if individuals wish to deposit funds into my account, I would appreciate it if they could do so without unnecessary barriers. I understand the importance of security, but I’d like to better understand how this policy balances fraud prevention with customer convenience.

Terrible location, long wait times, poor customer service, can't seem to keep there ATM stocked, never enough tellers or bankers, and since they other branch here closed this one has only gotten worse.

Inept faculty, Guadalupe bank staff was way more interpersonal and direct, basically everything Guadalupe did to make banking easy, Wells Fargo does what it can to keep things complicated.
