- CPCAPN POATOct 25, 20231.0Like a DMV office they do everything they can to help you except actually do what you want. They try to find a way to tell you no instead of helping solve your issue. I'll be driving 10 extra mins to the other Wells Fargo because I feel it's the staff at this bank specifically because my last WF did great if I'm not content I'll switch banks. I've had enough. Well I tried going back again today and no difference same thing going on this time the manager didn't even want the notary to do the job. They are basically shutting down early to accommodate their own wants if wanting to leave.
