    Not a great experience, no branch manager working no business banker working. It was 2:00 pm and no one was available to help open a business bank account.

    I went here yesterday and this was probably one of the worse banking experiences I’ve ever had. I was in the drive thru line for almost a hr waiting to get funds out of my account and I was on lunch at work and ending up returning late because of being stuck in the drive thru line forever they first made me wait over a week for a hold to be removed off my account then the guy that was working drive thru was so slow asking me for my credit card from another bank as if I didn’t provide my drivers license and advise I was waiting on my debit card from them clearly it’s me withdrawing the funds then he sends me a one time code to my phone which I provided back to him and then he was like yeahhhh we won’t be able to do the withdrawal my system is not allowing me I instantly asked for a manager since he was acting stupid and she too was no help saying she had to make a call on my account and made me wait longer.. there appeared to be another manager that came and helped me that ended up doing the withdrawal but by the time she came I was pissed and didn’t wanna talk I just wanted my funds so I could leave & get back to work she was telling me it was a identity problem but she will go ahead and do the withdrawal which is not a good feeling to someone who just opened up another account now I remember why I left them years ago and went to another bank I should have never came back to this bank.
