  Absolute worst experience and I was just cashing a check at this bank, and I don't bank here and never would after today!! Plenty of better local banks. Texas bank and trust is one of them!!

  If you’re the type of person that doesn’t like to speak or be spoken to, this is the bank for you. I’ve made deposits in the drive through, and, on more than one occasion, not a single word was exchanged between me and the teller. Not one word.

  Okay, this is the SECOND review I have written TODAY. Seems that someone in the bank is deliberately deleting them instead of trying to handle the issue at hand. THIS is why I did not want to do business with this bank. VERY VERY unprofessional..........I can understand as to why there are the reviews that thee Crandall branch has. I have NEVER been in such an unprofessional bank. The way they allow their employees to dress? I understand business casual, but this is STILL a bank. YES, I HAVE been in two other locations for this bank, Kaufman and Dallas Metro. NO, they do NOT dress that way and the professionalism is on a much higher scale than this location. I'm not sure as to why they allow this but honestly? THIS branch almost had me, my small business and my family NOT wanting to use them AT ALL. Thank goodness I went to another location. I am willing to give this bank a chance due to I'd rather not use the large banks in the area. I just feel that this location truly needs to take another look at what perception they are putting out to potential customers. Maybe the upper management will take the time to address the negative reviews they have instead of deleting them due to they seem to have a common theme....unprofessionalism. The only ones they had answered was from years past and not anything recent. I hope they realize, reviews do get read, even if they want to ignore or just flat delete them. With them deleting them? I feel that is from someone at THAT branch. Possibly someday the bank itself will take a look there and see the issues they need to address. It is not ONLY the perception they portray, it is the face of the bank itself. Reviews turn into people talking to each other also. I have to admit that if it wasn't for a long time friend that deals with them also (NOT the Crandall Branch) I would not have given them a second chance.

  We are about to close our account and open one else where. We are not happy with the monthly service charges on the checking account. Also the hold that was put on the money deposited to open the account. We were told that it’s a new relationship, so that’s why there’s a hold on the cash and our new checks started at 200… We are not happy with the relationship. Both of our military retirement checks will not be direct deposited in here.

  We have been with ANBTX since 25 years when we first moved to Kaufman. The staff has treated us exceptionally well, especially Steve Robertson and Amber Dotson. No complaints and love the feel of local small banks!
