Every time I go through the drive-thru, there is an lady who wears her hair in a pulled back ponytail that always graciously greets me with warmth upon my arrival and after my transaction is complete. I forgot her name, but I always remember her smile. Funny, how we remember the smallest details in how people make us feel welcomed.

She had an opportunity meeting Mr Vu for an inquiry of her current bank account for some issues. After resolving issue , With his support and very detailed explanation, she was able get her credit card approved and to move high-interest balance from another banks over and now all the payments are actually going toward reducing the principal—not just interest. She is honestly so relieved and happy. Expecting to clear off this debt within the next 9 months.Thanks a lot. BTW We came today but we didn’t see him anymore
