I had been waiting on a replacement in the mail for over a week so I haven’t had full access to my money either. There’s other reviews here on the guy who helped me being unhelpful to them too with pics. This location probably needs to drop to 0 stars before they do anything about this guy. He’s rude, condescending, unhelpful.
