- DCD CJul 20, 20252.0I had a very frustrating experience at Wells Fargo. The wait times are ridiculously long, even for simple transactions. It feels like they are constantly understaffed, and there’s no urgency or effort from the team to move things along. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of accountability from management. They see the lines piling up, but no one steps in to help or communicate with waiting customers. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you value your time, I recommend banking elsewhere.

Bankers wait line was even longer. Huge waste of time coming here. Seriously drive the extra distance to go somewhere else.
