It feels like they are constantly understaffed, and there’s no urgency or effort from the team to move things along. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of accountability from management. They see the lines piling up, but no one steps in to help or communicate with waiting customers. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you value your time, I recommend banking elsewhere.

The manager of this branch must ensure that the new staff are trained to be in front of these windows so that they can know what they are doing for the customers because the waiting lines were long and that the staff is not efficient.
