  I have had multiple accounts with Wells Fargo since 2009. I visited this location to deposit a decent amount of money for the purchase of a property. I decided to get the funds in cashier's checks versus cash from other banking institutions that I use due to the timing of funds availability with wiring. Upon attempting to deposit the funds prior to looking at my accounts I was told that they needed to call the branches that I retrieved the cashier's checks from to ensure that they were "valid" despite me having receipts of purchase stating non negotiable and markings on the checks showing that they were valid. The manager was of no assistance as well and after verifying with one person that actually issued me the check at one location manager stated that there was an 81 minute hold at another location to verify. I have never experienced this situation with Wells Fargo in the past and believe that this was poor customer service from this location solely (in my experience). I believe that the staff as well as manager should receive additional training regarding customer service for loyal customers and not give the appearance of treating customers different based off my opinion "appearance". If not for the other positive experiences that I've had with Wells Fargo over the years I would have closed all of my accounts immediately. Fortunately, I was able to visit another location in Seguin,TX due to travel for work and had a totally different positive experience. Wells Fargo Cinco Ranch, do better. I would not recommend anyone to visit your location unless they look like whatever it is that you expect your customers to look like to experience a positive experience.

  The most non-transparent, dishonest, and deceptive bank I have ever dealt with. They clearly have not learned a single lesson from the countless lawsuits and scandals that have plagued them. I’ve been a customer for 29 years, and I’ve watched this bank deteriorate year after year. No customer benefits, the worst financial products in the industry, and absolutely zero trust left. Over time, I’ve moved most of my money and investments to other banks—and for good reason. Just this week, I received a call from a branch manager, along with their so-called “premier banker,” trying to lure me into transferring $250,000 with promises of “great benefits.” Yet when I repeatedly asked them for proof, they could not (or would not) provide anything in writing. No details, no transparency, nothing but empty talk. They speak sideways, dodge every direct question, and refuse to stand behind their own words. This bank has mastered the art of deception and smoke-and-mirrors. Avoid them at all costs. If you value honesty, transparency, and real customer service, take your business elsewhere.

  I was in the process of closing all of my accounts due to the unfriendly atmosphere and the deceitful practices of the Grand Parkway at Fry road location. But I still had my business account for awhile and started visiting this location. The people here are super friendly and helpful. I decided to stay with WF because of the folks at this location. If fact, my wife and I will go here today and open a new personal account there as well.

  I don't dislike the service but if they change opening hours it would be good if they also updated google map so customers don't have to waste their time. For your info: Monday to Thursday is open to 5pm - if my Spanish is correct as it was written in Spanish on the door.
