If you need to see a banker no one is there to say Oh yeah you gotta wait in line to see a teller just in order for them to say that we are all booked! After you have sitting there 20 to 30 minutes! Like WTH !!!!!

The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, and at times even appeared irritated. I understand the job can be stressful, but I hope the bank can improve its service attitude to make customers feel more comfortable and respected.
