- TTTaylorSep 24, 20251.0Read the reviews! This location is absolutely horrible. Starting with Mr. Michael, he was very racist. Questioned me about why I'm opening up a new account for my disabled son to receive money from SSI! He was not aware of dedicated SAVINGS accounts for SSI members and created me another regular checking account. WHICH IS WRONG & HE KNEW IT! Truist denied me and blamed the credit consumer. Meanwhile i have a checking account with them already just trying to open a savings! Mr. Michael didn’t give me a heads up that he would be running my credit. I feel very betrayed and lied to, I will be escalating this manner.

I'm not sure I can continue though as they are not even open any on Saturday now. I had an actual paper check I needed to deposit this weekend and nothing open with posted hours now stating only M-F. Not only that, but there were no deposit envelopes available even if I wanted to try and make a deposit thru the ATM. I don't see how any bank can afford to do this. People work during the week so I guess I will need to take a day of vacation to close out my accounts and pick up what is in my safe deposit. This seems just crazy to me.
