Read the reviews! This location is absolutely horrible. Starting with Mr. Michael, he was very racist. Questioned me about why I'm opening up a new account for my disabled son to receive money from SSI! He was not aware of dedicated SAVINGS accounts for SSI members and created me another regular checking account. WHICH IS WRONG & HE KNEW IT! Truist denied me and blamed the credit consumer. Meanwhile i have a checking account with them already just trying to open a savings! Mr. Michael didn’t give me a heads up that he would be running my credit. I feel very betrayed and lied to, I will be escalating this manner.

Terrible bank. Since going from Suntrust, the online feature has never worked. I have been into the branch several times and the staff get onto the phone with their online agents for over 30 minutes with no resolution. Nothing works
