  Used to be a good neighborhood bank, but policy changes have made it terrible. Staffing changes have also made it an ugly place to do business. I had my first account here when I was 13, since it was down the street. I’m 35 now, married, and had to close my account just due to the rude nature of the staff. If you choose to bank here or if you are a customer, I highly suggest avoiding a person named DeNora. Everyone else is pretty good. Just some advice

  This bank charges a 1.5% fee for cashing a check that was issued from their bank. This is literally nothing more than theft. I will never ever bank with them. Every other bank in this country that I have ever dealt with does not charge a fee to cash a check that it was issued from their bank. The greed of this company is disgusting

  Terrible customer service. Teller could not get a simple cash deposit into the right account with out messing up and depositing into a different account after given drivers license and debit card.
