  Used to be a good neighborhood bank, but policy changes have made it terrible. Staffing changes have also made it an ugly place to do business. I had my first account here when I was 13, since it was down the street. I’m 35 now, married, and had to close my account just due to the rude nature of the staff. If you choose to bank here or if you are a customer, I highly suggest avoiding a person named DeNora. Everyone else is pretty good. Just some advice

  I had a check from prosperity and never heard of it so I googled the closest one to me and chose this location. It’s rare if I do reviews good and bad but I had such a wonderful experience here. As soon as I walked in a banker named Dinora immediately welcomed me and asked how she could assist me. Told her I had a check that I needed cashed and she quickly did so. She also informed me of all the great benefits I could receive if I had an account with them. Without all the pushy forceful sales pitch which I really appreciated! It was so authentic and different from the experience I have with my current bank (Wells Fargo) I am going to actually make the change! Thanks for the great customer service it’s rare now n days!

  Do not bank here! Especially this location. The lady’s are entitled and do not help. They get pleasure in charging additional fees that others locations do not charge. The Prosperity in old Katy is SO much better.

  This bank charges a 1.5% fee for cashing a check that was issued from their bank. This is literally nothing more than theft. I will never ever bank with them. Every other bank in this country that I have ever dealt with does not charge a fee to cash a check that it was issued from their bank. The greed of this company is disgusting

  I come in here about once a week and its always well staffed with smiling and courteous employees. The free lollipops are the perfect touch for any bank.
