  My experience with Ron Jones, VP at Prosperity Bank, was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, he does not demonstrate the professionalism or customer service I expect from someone in his position. Because of the repeated issues I experienced, I no longer feel confident banking at this location. Based on my own experience, I personally recommend considering other banks. Frost Bank, in particular, has consistently provided me with better service at every location I’ve visited.

  I call this branch to cash my check they told me 3 fee. They failed to tell me if it’s over 300 you get charged a percentage instead of 3 dollars but after I did the thumb print signed the check the employee wrote all over my check then told me is was over 13 dollars to cash and I said o just called you guys said 3 dollars !! They lied I told the manager she did nothing she went around and asked all of the workers did they get a call from me of course they all denied. She came back and told me I must have called another branch didn’t offer apology or any thing. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t have never agreed to over 13 dollars charge which I had to pay because I had to be at a appointment that was my point of calling first before I drove there.

  Wonderful people, friendly folk! Short lines, no mortgage lending thus very stable. Biggest drawback is the drive-thru ATM. Excessive downtime, but even when it is up, it sometimes won't even read brand new cards.I've had to put the card in 3 or 4 times to get it to read. Also it turns off after you check your balance and one has to reinsert one's card and PIN again to start a transaction. Aggravating and inefficient due to poor programming!
