They always greet me, get up to say welcome and walk me out when finished our banking business! They make visits more personal! Ever since a close friend recommended trying this branch out ( previously Amerant bank ), I have had a positive experience and feel that my investments are in a safe place. They share options each visit I come in! My friend moved to Arkansas, she still comes back to this location! Because she still banks at Katy location! I trust & feel these two have helped my investments grow! Share options to have what i can do with what is here for our retirement! Love coming in to see them! To me, they are my bankers but I consider them family! The passion they have for theirs jobs, always greeted with a smile, excited to see ya walking in the door, is why I come back and continue to invest our money at this branch!

I’ve recently had such a horrible experience with NFCU so I am pleased to say everyone was so friendly. I had a mailer with an offer to open a checking account and I am glad I came in. Roxy she was the teller , very bubbly we talked while I waited for the assistant bank manager. Ari was very friendly as well and patient as I asked questions about the fine print. Very excited to have a bank where it feels more like a personal relationship
