- TBT BENNETTDec 28, 20251.0If I could give a negative number assessment, I would. Some "yahoo" decided to change the website AGAIN. And this one doesn't work worth a dmMM. I have deleted the app, reloaded the app, deleted the app, reloaded the app ===all per their instructions. I can't access my accounts on my laptop or mobile. I even drove all the way down to 99 and I10 only to discover there are no more tellers ----- the teller area is gone, and now we have roving people with keyboards who expect you to conduct your banking business in the middle of the "lobby" where anyone and everyone who is also standing around can listen to whatever you are saying. NO SECURITY in that scenario . My person couldn't access anything either and spent the next 28 minutes in an office on the phone with whoever to finally give me a weird password . I was finally able to see my accounts and while I was standing there, I changed my password to something reasonable. I was then assured everything was fixed. NOT. So it's Christmas season, buying things -- need to closely follow my accounts. Only I can't. Now my accounts are locked. And "Penny", their Alexa copy is my only choice to try to get info. Only she is afflicted with Robot-itis and can't seem to follow a conversation or function. She can't help me, either. And, oh by the way, First Service often tells us they will "never" ask for our password or personal information, but "Penny" wants you to give her your social security number. What? You people at this Credit Union-- who ever thinks constantly changing things is cute and progressive --- just stop already. Fix this dang app . I am so irritated with you - this has been going on for me for over 2 weeks. Enough already.
