Walked in today black lady with dreads didnt speak , didnt ask have i been helped , just gave me a blank stare until i asked a question. Also the guy in the first room , heavy set ,caucasian or hispanic guy seen me walked in AGAIN NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT , NOT EVEN A HEY WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY . THIS IS A VERY REPETITIVE SITUATION COMING TO THIS BANK . ESPECIALLY WITH THE GUY , the least you can do is greet ! Definitely will not be coming back to this location. As I proceeded to walkout after helping myself, i see both now in the front lobby talking as i leave . DIDNT THANK ME ! DIDNT SAY HAPPY NEW YEAR! DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME AS I LEFT. THIS REVIEW IS NOT TO GET ANYONE IN TROUBLE BUT TO MAKE IT AWARE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY! We are all human and deserve respect and acknowledgement! This review is in hopes that no one else has to experience this .

Julio was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all my options so I could choose what worked best for me.
