- BKBrent K.Jan 5, 20261.0“Whats In Your Wallet”? - not Capital One after the terrible experience I continue to have at this Cinco Ranch location. Its a total joke. They are so understaffed it’s not funny. Lines almost out the door every-time I visit. 4 computers behind the counter with never more than two people working. Their ATM machine is slow and much of the time is offline. The staff never apologizes for the wait. Capital One should spend less on big name celebrities in their tv advertising and more on branch location staffing!! Also there is a sign reading “Part bank. Part cafe. All in one place”. What a joke!! I am yet to see a coffee setup in this location - so where exactly is the cafe? If there is no ‘cafe’ take your sign down!!! Maybe they should focus on the banking part - because they have a lot to learn!! I will show you ‘Banking Reimagined!!’. I imagine banking somewhere else…and I am going to make it a reality. Customers in the location wearing pajamas and bathrobes. What a joke. Have some pride in yourself Capital One….or just shut this location down - because it’s terrible!! This is the absolute worst bank ever!!! If you have been in the past few months you know. They seriously need to close this location down. It’s embarrassing to the Cinco Ranch citizens and area - and they deserve better!!!

One teller, one account representative, and one random employee walking around asking all the queued up customers if they’ve signed in. I waited 45 minutes to close an account. I gave up when told it would be at least another 45 minutes.
