Upon returning to my vehicle, someone had written an insulting and terroristic note on part of their withdrawal receipt and put it in door to the gas cap. After calling in and reviewing with an employee, I requested to have the camera footage replayed in order to see who it was that violated my rights, personal property and potentially harm me. The employee said the camera footage was not allowed to be seen. I was promised a phone call from the manager which has not happened. You would think Capital One would care about their faithful customers and at least attempt to find out who was the person/s that walked out of the door in that time line, it would be obvious who left the note on half the withdrawal slip. If Safety is a concern of anyone who would bank at this location, I would not bank at this Capital One where terrorist individuals are allowed to threaten those who walk in to do business.

The clerk helping me was still in training, which made the process take longer than expected. However, they were very polite, professional, and upfront about the extra time it would take.
