If you think a loan is borrowing money and never paying it back, then you should use this bank. Because that’s what Adam limb thinks a loan is.

One employee was just standing behind the tellers doing absolutely nothing. After waiting for a while, she finally came out, so I politely asked if she could help me. Instead of assisting, she told me not to rush her! I ended up waiting even longer while she chose to help others who came in later. It was beyond frustrating. The lack of care, empathy, and professionalism was unbelievable. If this is how this bank treats walk-in customers, it’s clear they don’t value anyone’s time or business. Absolutely disappointing experience.

He let me know I could increase my ATM withdrawal limit through the app. I thank him for that information because had I know that prior it would’ve saved me a lot of time.
