  I didn’t have an appointment, but the lobby was completely empty when I arrived. One employee was just standing behind the tellers doing absolutely nothing. After waiting for a while, she finally came out, so I politely asked if she could help me. Instead of assisting, she told me not to rush her! I ended up waiting even longer while she chose to help others who came in later. It was beyond frustrating. The lack of care, empathy, and professionalism was unbelievable. If this is how this bank treats walk-in customers, it’s clear they don’t value anyone’s time or business. Absolutely disappointing experience.

  Terrible and slow bank. Mobs of people constantly. You will have to wait an hour just to get change or do any transactions

  I came here for a withdrawal through the drive thru Byron was wonderful. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. He let me know I could increase my ATM withdrawal limit through the app. I thank him for that information because had I know that prior it would’ve saved me a lot of time.

  Cuidado en este banco mi madre fue a depositar $1,800, envez de dopositar le sacaron la misma cantidad y al mimo tiempo lo volvieron a depositar y el efectivo se lo robaron, asi que muchisimo cuidado, en especial si das das efectivo, ellas reciben tu efectivo y a la vez te sacan de tu cuenta para volver a depositarlo y que refleje en tu recibo el deposito, si reclamas ahi mismo te diran que llames por que no lo pueden resolver ellos ahi y aqui ellos en su defensa te diran q llames al equipo de soporte que sera un gusto poder resolverte, pero llamas y no te resuelven nada, te diran que no pudieron ver nada en camaras pero que si quieres pueden seguir investigando y asi con ese cuento te mantendran por largo tiempo, No se si sean complices banco y empleados o simplemente en esta sucursal saben muy bien como robar, aun que se ha dicho mucho que esta empresa es muy fraudulenta.

  We visited this location and the line was out the door. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a consistent problem with congestion and limited space. Wells Fargo really needs to consider opening another location nearby or expanding this one to better accommodate the number of customers. The current setup just isn’t sufficient.
