  I recommend not to visit this Branch if you’re not comfortable being racially profiled. I walked in to open a personal savings account and business account I was never greeted nor welcomed or offered help. I had to walk up to someone and was told they were having “technical issues” meanwhile a non-brown gentleman walked in and was greeted immediately and offered help, meanwhile I was sitting at the lobby, very nice Wells Fargo, racism at its best in America? In 2026?? BRAVO!!! No thanks.

  I see why people go to chase I uber to this location hoping to open a bank account and she ask me questions from 3 to 4 years ago my address my phone number I said luv I haven’t lived n tx for 2?years that information is old she was kind of argumentative like she was trying to make me out to be a liar about the information im providing I even go on to say I have no problem showing you my current lease n Colorado but I am moving out here now she said wells im sry I cant help you your profile is already made n if your not providing me the information is says on the screen about you from years ago than you can not open a bank in account n my head manager is not available and it’s only 4:30 I truly was dissatisfied with the lack of help n her not just making me a new profile instead of using the old one again im obeying to this place and it was a waist of money to not even get any kid if real help to no if im approved for account it was truly waist of my day n time and uber money and she seems very inconsiderate even with me telling her I bringing can not keep coming back n you haven’t helped with nothing today

  I came to visit to get some assistance. The staff was helpful, there was a wait but they were attending others. I appreciate them coming to me after i was checking out, to check if i needed more assistance.

  Unresolved Safety Hazard – Active Wasp Nests Above ATM I reported two active wasp nests directly above the walk-up ATM at this Wells Fargo location on July 15, 2025, while on duty, standing outside near the ATM for several hours. Before the branch closed that day, I notified a female employee, who opened the locked door to speak with me. I clearly explained the nests’ location and activity. As of August 4, 2025, during a second visit to the same ATM, I observed that both nests remain in place and very active, posing a continued threat to customers using the ATM. Given the location above a high-traffic public access point, these nests present a serious risk of stings or allergic reactions, especially to unaware customers or vulnerable individuals. I strongly recommend immediate pest control action to eliminate the nests and ensure customer safety.
