I came to visit to get some assistance. The staff was helpful, there was a wait but they were attending others. I appreciate them coming to me after i was checking out, to check if i needed more assistance.

Unresolved Safety Hazard – Active Wasp Nests Above ATM
I reported two active wasp nests directly above the walk-up ATM at this Wells Fargo location on July 15, 2025, while on duty, standing outside near the ATM for several hours. Before the branch closed that day, I notified a female employee, who opened the locked door to speak with me. I clearly explained the nests’ location and activity.
As of August 4, 2025, during a second visit to the same ATM, I observed that both nests remain in place and very active, posing a continued threat to customers using the ATM.
Given the location above a high-traffic public access point, these nests present a serious risk of stings or allergic reactions, especially to unaware customers or vulnerable individuals. I strongly recommend immediate pest control action to eliminate the nests and ensure customer safety.

I visited the branch on 7/22/25 for assistance with a wire transfer. Sara and a gentleman were both working at the front. Sara asked him to assist me, as she appeared to be working on something on her computer. He paused and didn’t respond. Sara then proceeded to help me herself, but informed me she was unable to complete the wire transfer and suggested I wait to see if a banker would become available after their appointments.
As I waited, I noticed the same gentleman warmly greeted and immediately assisted a Caucasian customer. I couldn’t help but feel discriminated against based on the clear difference in how I was treated. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience that left me feeling unseen and unwelcome.

This company is so fraudulent it's astounding that they are still even open after having to pay $1billion to fraudulent behavior. I was charged not once but twice for inputting the wrong routing number for a wire. When wells fargo rejects your wire, they secretly keep $50 and send the rest of your wire back. This happened to me once when I was rushing to initiate a wire to put down the Ernest money on my home and then again recently when I just was typing too fast. It's not even really the fact that they charge it...it's the fact that they lie about it. Neither time was there any record of the $50 they took from the other institution. When I called multiple people multiple times, they all denied it. Even after I filed a complaint no one responded. After sending them the wire tracking number because they were acting like they never received my wires, they just stopped responding to me. Wells Fargo is a predatory bank who steals from their customers and then acts like it didn't happen. If you're going to charge the fees, charge them, but don't lie about it. Just shady.
