- BABrandon AaronNov 25, 20251.0I thought Truist Bank was amazing until you file a dispute claim with them. They don't assist customers when it come to a dispute. When you place a stop check, they still allow check to go through even when you call three business days before. They are a horrible bank when it come to looking out for their customers!!!!!
