From there her disorganized team that will not take any notes on any conversations and will call you relentlessly according to whatever standards they have. Misleading information left me hanging with an approval for a $2,500 loan. I reached out to corporate who explained that this is not their standards and a regional manager would be reaching out to me. After almost 2 weeks now according to corporate the regional manager has called me multiple times and left messages which is not true because I don't have any messages in my voicemail. They also have my email and have not attempted to reach out to me. These guys are shady as can be and I will never do business with this organization! I know it's Christmas but I've given these guys plenty of time to do their due diligence and value the customer experience and I rate the end result from top to bottom at a big one star! Update **** i called customer service multiple times and was told the regional manager had reached out to me and left me messages which never happened. I included my email never got any emails. So nice attempt to follow up with a response without resolution.
