My mother recently passed away, and she handled ALL of the finances, banking, bills, etc. My step-dad was lost after she passed. While I was in the country, I tried to help with getting him access to THEIR account, help him set up an app, bill pay, access to the credit card, etc., but this branch was not only completely unhelpful, but downright rude. HE WAS ON THE ACCOUNTS!!! I wanted to close the accounts for him, but he wanted to try another branch, so we did. Round Rock was the COMPLETE opposite, and they were able to assist a recently widowed account holder gain access to his OWN account so he could pay bills on time to eliminate other issues that would be added stress on the sad tragedy. I still would like to see him change banks...but if you must use WF....it would behoove you to go to a different branch and save yourself some grief.
