Horrible bank, they don’t even care about their customers. Pulled into the spot, moving slow as I’m handicap, and I’m in the first spot — it’s 12pm on a Saturday. I am walking up to the door, a woman walks out and the man, branch employee, behind her just locks the door. No comment, no nothing. Just pure rudeness. Put your money elsewhere

This review/Thank you is for Christine Temple at the Wells Fargo bank below:
My wife and I were having some complex, confusing things happening regarding a check we issued to our insurance company - payment for monthly policy. We went to our Wells Fargo in Hurst - mid-cities and precinct. .... 6300 Precinct Line Rd. Hurst, Tx
None of these problems were Wells Fargo's fault. We went there for assistance to help resolve the problems, stop-payment on the check in question, and initially was going to a electronic transfer of funds directly from bank to insurance company. ...as it turned out, ins. company does not have their system set up for electronic transfer.
It was a mess. We Needed assistance, we didn't really know how or where to go for answers/help. Christine was Wonderful! Truly.
She spent At Least 30 minutes, probably 45 minutes with us guiding us, helping us in every way she could. She went that extra mile! Thanks for having employees such as Christine Temple!! ...Best Regards - Mike and Joyce

Tried to open a business account online and customer service was poor. Went to this branch to open a business account and they approached me and asked me if I had an appointment. Why would they asked me if I had an appointment, when they already know I don’t have one. I have been with this bank since 1991, 34 years and they could not practice some grace and great customer service to help me, a pastor open a church account. I guess if you don’t have an appointment, you are not a valuable customer. Shameful.

Pros - it's a bank. You can cash and deposit stuff. Staff aren't mean.
Cons - it's like the Bermuda Triangle or something when you step inside; half the time I leave wondering if what just happened was real life.
Everybody is nice enough, generally speaking. But I've been coming here for years, and it is always painfully slow; bankers often take multiple tries to accomplish normal tasks, everything just takes at least twice as long as any other bank or branch I've used. I guess I'm the dumb one for continuing to come here.
I just spent 2.5 hours opening a new account - wow. A new low. That doesn't count any time waiting for a banker, which I think is fair. And I had every document in hand and ready to go. As usual, most things had to be done at least twice; receiving documents to acknowledge had to be done almost 10 times over the course of half an hour before the banker figured out how to move on from there. I could go on but you get the idea. I'm still in shock that my entire afternoon went down the toilet to do something that I now know I could have - and should have - just done online.
