If zero stars were an option, I would choose it without hesitation for this specific location.
I work in Oklahoma and was visiting my family in Texas when I stopped by this Wells Fargo branch at 1440 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX to access my safe deposit box.
When I arrived, I was the only customer in the lobby. The branch manager was in his office with other customers, and another employee was assisting someone at a desk. There were also three tellers present. A teller verified all my information first and then told me to wait.
After a few minutes, another employee informed me that I would need to wait about 25 minutes. I was fine with waiting at first, but what followed made no sense. As time passed, the lobby quickly filled up to around 10 waiting customers, yet only one teller was actively serving customers. The other two tellers were standing at their stations working on non-customer-related tasks while the line continued to grow.
I was already fully verified, and accessing a safe deposit box only takes a few minutes. At that point, all that was needed was for someone to open the vault door and allow me access, yet no one made any effort to help. Instead, I continued sitting and waiting while the line got longer and employees remained idle.
When I asked why tellers could not assist me, I was told that safe deposit box access is a “different service.” I was then told that if I didn’t like the wait, they could help me close my account. That response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Because of this treatment, I left the branch. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. My father, my mother, and I have all experienced similar poor service and disrespect at this location on multiple visits.
After reading other customer reviews, it is clear this branch has an ongoing pattern of problems: long wait times, poor staffing decisions, lack of urgency, and ineffective management. Many customers report waiting 30 minutes or more while employees are present but not actively helping.
What is most concerning is that despite many complaints from different customers over a long period of time, the same manager remains in place and the service continues to be poor. This raises serious questions about accountability and oversight. When the same issues repeat with no improvement, it clearly points to a management problem—not a one-time situation.
I strongly recommend avoiding this branch unless Wells Fargo corporate takes meaningful action to address these ongoing issues.

No one here has good customer service . They leave the business line for last everytime. Every day takes more then 30mins to make a deposit and get change.

My first time coming to this location was my best decision. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Stephanie Saewert. She is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable banker. She took her time to explain me everything in details which I was not clear about.. !

Really bad experience with the staff at this location today .There’s a certain lady that attends me and she is rude all the time . Plus she deposited my money at my daughters account instead of mine . What a shame !

I went there with a family member to get a car loan. The young lady with me suddenly needed to use the restroom while we were waiting. She asked to use the restroom and was told by the Wells Fargo employee,”We don’t have one.” I will be moving the two accounts from WF to a bank that treats their customers better.
