  Very discriminatory bank. Two government IDs were denied for unknown reasons. Maybe because they looked a little different. I have been with First Financial Bank in Huntsville for 10+ yrs and never had an issue - the only reason I attempted to business with them is to have a joint account with husband whose been banking there for 20+ yrs. Terrible thing when someone treats you like you don’t belong.

  12/6/24 11am video Drive thru teller: C****r refused to give me the mask wearing girls name that inspired this post. Although I did find it strange that while bank is closed she is still wearing a mask while doing videos drive thru transactions. I’m guessing Liberal…. I’m looking for a small business local bank and it’s good to see how they treat non customers. Today my request was to exchange $120 for $2 bills. The first teller said they will only exchange $100 in 2 dollar bills for non customers. I really needed 120 in 2’s so I attempted the drive thru again. The little mask girl was so mad her voice was shaking and she said they were out of 2’s. She made it clear they were out of 2’s only for “me”. The anger and attitude was really out of line for such a small request. Thank you little mask girl from saving me from a horrible investment! Your stellar bad customer service and 3 star branch rating is enlightening, after reading the comments to see if this is a one-off situation, I’ve decided to continue my search. I expect my complaint will fall on deaf ears. Here is your one star. Little mask Girl You earned it. ⭐️
