- SWSylvia W.Dec 4, 20211.0Would give 0 stars if I could. This branch has the worst service I’ve had by far of any bank. I waited an hour to open an account just to be told that they were closing and that I had to make an appointment for another day. I had signed in on their waitlist through my phone (like their sign instructed) when I came in and no one acknowledged or checked on me in that hour that I waited patiently for service. The employees were completely insincere with their apologies and more focused on kicking me out than making things right. I highly recommend that management re-train their staff on basic customer service skills and update their signs if appointments are required so that another poor soul does not waste their time like I did. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location.
