    I have been a Wells Fargo customer over 25 years and have been coming to the Atascocita branch for the past 3 years to get papers notarized for school. I went in today and was told since I since my husband didn’t have an account we couldn’t have our form notarized. I explain to her that we have been here before for the past 3 years to complete it. She said it’s been like that and the manager knows. I asked to speak with the manager and she said well it’s not her that can say ok to it . It is a Wells Fargo policy. However, researching it says if there is a non member requesting it will be a fee . Not a denial. I didn’t understand the rudeness and the lack of customer service in her. I have been coming to that branch for the past 3 years and never have been treated that way . Needless to say , she told us to go to CHASE since we both had an account there . I may need to take all my funds out . Especially since when I need them I know CHASE is available and I willing to help a customer.
