I scheduled an appointment to speak with a banker. Akkila was great! She was friendly, helpful, attentive and explained complex financial matters in an understandable way.

Today I went to the bank to make a deposit to somebody else account. I provided the check with the account number where I wanted the funds to go to. I was assisted by Ashton and she was very disrespectful stating that I had provided the wrong account number. I mentioned that most likely I forgot to place a one in the front and she didnt even bother to try. She immediately stated “No I stated the account number is wrong “ . I told her to allow me a moment to verify and to my surprise I was right. Their was only a 1 missing in the front. Had she listened to me that could've been a super fast transaction. This is why the lines are so long. Ya really need to take the extra mile to be a time resolution. Very disappointed. I’ve had previous incidents here but have to keep coming since it’s the one closes to my home.

Today I received the absolute worst customer service from Wells Fargo-Park Lakes landing. I have filed a formal complaint and want to follow up with a Google Review to encourage discourse around ways to treat customers with some dignity. While my issue is a byproduct of the institution's two forms of identification rule (which I totally understand and accept), I should NOT have had to talk to three people (the teller, the manager Dana, and the branch manager John) before my issue was resolved. The teller and/or Dana could have simply told me we can't accommodate you here, but if you drive around, you may access the lobby. There you will be able to get a temporary card and can access funds. Instead, I was greeted by people with the unmitigated gall to tell me I cannot access my own money because I did not have my debit card as well as standard state identification. Though I have state identification, I had already explained that my debit card had been shipped but was not yet in my possession. John assisted me and attempted to explain that the teller and Dana were doing their jobs. Great, I have nothing against people doing their job, but what's unfathomable is when those very persons are unable to just offer a viable alternative. It would have cost them nothing to say, "Ma'am, we can assist you in the lobby." I considered changing institutions, but what does that solve? I believe that this is one case, among many, where customers are dismissed without recourse as a result of procedure that can't possibly account for all the complexities associated with banking in the midst of a pandemic. The difference is some customers follow up--not because we wish to sully anyone's character or taint the institution's image! We are invested in growth and growing from these types of harms that, obviously, help no one.

Was going to give this place a 3 star review because I thought my bad experience may have been a fluke. But it seems all the other reviews are complaining about the same issues I had. I waited in line for maybe 25 minutes to get a cashiers check. There was about 10 people in line and only 2 workers behind the counter. After my long wait, I was told the printer wasn’t working. The workers here need to work On getting customers in and out way faster. And also telling those waiting in line that the printer is broken. So they don’t waste anybody’s time.
