When I called the 1-800 number they said they can't do anything with temporary cards I would have to go to the branch that have it to me. I called about 20 times to the lady who helped me at the bank and I called the manager and nobody would pick up , I had to come back to the bank 25 min away from where I was and had to come back and wait another 20 min till the lady was available again . Made me want to consider banking somewhere else .

I have had complex transactions, and while it look a fair amount of time to nail down, we did complete the transaction. I would go back there, and I felt the people working there addressed my needs well.
