  If I could put zero stars I would. This credit union as a whole is absolutely horrible. They have ruined my credit. I have paid my car note faithfully since March 2021 when I bought the car. The worst mistake ever was refinancing my car through them. They claim I missed a paying back in 2021 and even though I’ve been making on time payments every single month they have been reporting to my credit each month that I’m LATE. Even though my car payment is on auto draft. I will be making a report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau today! I got a history printout of my auto draft and I do not show a month missed at all! I also took out a credit card through them years ago and only used it once for $30 at an airport. Within 30 days it was sent to collections which isn’t even legal to do. I do not recommend this credit union at all! They will ruin your credit!

  Drove here because they were apparently open until 2pm… I got there, I saw a few cars but doors were locked. Per what I found on the co-op shared branch app. They should be open since it’s Saturday before 2pm but they are not. Just wasted a 1 hour trip!

  I spoke to Ms. Roxan today (Customer service) She is amazing; she had helped me through process without rushing me. She is the best customer service that I have ever had. I hope that her manager give her the reward and recognition for her job and personal approach. Thank you so much again Ms. Roxan! you are the best.

  I am so disappointed in this bank, they are not practicing what they preach, especially their online customer service, most of them are so rude without proper training, no even empathy for the customers and I don’t know if it is their bank management that asked them to act like that to their customers, I was charged multiple times last month over $100 for over draft fees or whatever they called it, due to their fault, when I set up my Zelle they set it up with my savings account which I was not even aware, but the only thing I realized is that whenever I want to Zelle money from my checking it won’t go through except I transfer the money from checking to my savings that’s when I am able to Zelle, when any other charges comes in they charged me again an overdraft fees while I have money in my both accounts, why would a bank comes up with a rip off ideas like that. So I decided to walk in into the atascocita branch to speak with them concerning this and I expressed my concerns to the manager or supervisor or team lead, I don’t even know who she is because she didn’t even introduce herself, she said well is the system that set it like that, that Zelle should be taking from my savings at my own detriments so I can be charged for fees, I said well does this make sense to you? Because I will never set Zelle to my savings because it’s a savings account, is this just one of the ways you guys rip customers off just to make extra, then she said I can reverse two $5 fees for you out of over $100 they charged me for the month of October, and she said she can’t go beyond that so I just left the banking hall. I will never recommend to anyone.
