We called with a major concern of which five hours passed and we received no response. We were asked to negotiate over the phone. We insisted face to face business. The first office we went today in Humble was closed, not even a secretary in site, and for a long time, with no response. We went to Liz Harden’s office , again, no one here, and she still has not returned our call from 6 hours ago. We choose to leave this business of Edward Jones and take care of ourselves. They made us feel unimportant and less than customers to be respected. We re told Edward Jones will return our portions and send our fund to us ASAP BEFORE INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!!!
