- PGPriestly Gems4 days ago1.0At a full service location assisting a client to get a bank verification. The teller told the client that they did not do that on site even though they were full service and he would have to go online after attempting to get it online and speaking to a manager he was redirected back to the brick and motor location again. Please note here that the client was using Uber so this is now costing him more money to do something that he was told could not be accomplished upon returning to the bank and being on the phone with the same manager, Miss Raven. She now stated it would have to be through her and that she would email after it was agreed-upon that the document would be emailed. She changed and said oh no I’m unable to email it and it can only now be faxed . The overall experience indicative of poor training, poor communication and poor customer service from both the in person location and the online service. To state we are highly disappointed is an understatement.

- LLLorieOct 10, 20251.0BAD BUSINESS JUST SHARKS HERE 1 star bcuz you have to. DO NOT TRUST PUTTING CASH IN THIS MACHINE. I PUT $480 cash in, in 20's, they got stuck & I was able to get 1-$20 out. The machine pulled the rest back in and gave me no receipt-like the transaction NEVER happened. She told me I had to call the claims dept to file a claim. Said there was no way she could help/verify or get my money back. Trash..straight trash... No help..money just sucked up in inside atm I HAVE NOO TRUST IN THIS BANK ANYMORE. AT ALL!! BE CAREFUL WITH DEPOSITS FOR SURE Also, no one wanted to help, multiple workers were walking out of the bank and annoyed I asked for help. One apologized to another worker because she opened the door & I asked for help. A Hispanic lady, a Hispanic guy & African American supposed manager. They put no sign on the machine. They don't care if it takes your money. All they care about is getting more money stuck in their machine or deposit.
