- C7Cheapskate 713Oct 26, 20251.0I knew going in they had low ratings, still due to the interest rate I proceeded. Show up Friday and they're closed inside with no explanation. And hard to reach them over the phone. Smh. Will be pulling my money from here asap.
- LLLorieOct 10, 20251.0BAD BUSINESS JUST SHARKS HERE 1 star bcuz you have to. DO NOT TRUST PUTTING CASH IN THIS MACHINE. I PUT $480 cash in, in 20's, they got stuck & I was able to get 1-$20 out. The machine pulled the rest back in and gave me no receipt-like the transaction NEVER happened. She told me I had to call the claims dept to file a claim. Said there was no way she could help/verify or get my money back. Trash..straight trash... No help..money just sucked up in inside atm I HAVE NOO TRUST IN THIS BANK ANYMORE. AT ALL!! BE CAREFUL WITH DEPOSITS FOR SURE Also, no one wanted to help, multiple workers were walking out of the bank and annoyed I asked for help. One apologized to another worker because she opened the door & I asked for help. A Hispanic lady, a Hispanic guy & African American supposed manager. They put no sign on the machine. They don't care if it takes your money. All they care about is getting more money stuck in their machine or deposit.

At this branch, a super friendly guy helped us (was it Zenon? It was a really cool name!) We chatted, laughed, he helped my son open the account & did it all pretty fast. Great experience! We are happy Capital One customers!
- SCS “Ms Picky” CSep 4, 20255.0I lost my credit card and needed to get a new one. This was the closest one to my location at the time so I went in to see if I could get a same day card. Well it is not an option at this bank but the pleasant and friendly employee explained the process on how to make it happen and give some tips and tricks on how i could access my funds. I must give Vashelle's customer service a 5 star and I am very Picky which says alot! Keep up the good work!
