- DGDaniel GarciaDec 31, 20251.0Had an unpleasant experience at this location. Went to deposit a check from insurance and teller didn’t want to deposit it. They made me go inside and wait almost an hour to verify if it was a legit check & ended up telling to go to Chase to cash it and return with cash. Chase told me the check was never ran thru. Returned back to WF and the manager still declined to deposit my check. Told me he couldn’t verify the check. Made me feel like I was scamming or had a fake check. Went to a different branch location & was in an out with no problem in under 2 minutes. Explained to them what happened & they looked at the back of the check & said this location never ran my check. They appolagized for the spring branch managers behavior & they even told me it was inappropriate.
- 111muralmastersNov 21, 20251.0I visited here today for the first time in over a year and was shocked that they still have not fixed the toxic mold mildew issue resulting from flooding from a recent hurricane. I brought it to their attention long ago but most people cannot detect such pathogens. Sure enough I now have an ear infection as I feared I would. Mildew will settle in nose and ears. I also sensed a raw sewage odor being masked by air fresheners. They need to rip out carpets and bleach the areas that were flooded. I will change this to a 5 star rating after they deal with this because everyone there is very professional and pleasant.
