His professionalism shone through in every interaction—he listened attentively to my concerns about updating my account details, explained complex banking options in simple, clear terms, and handled the entire process efficiently without any rush or pressure. What impressed me most was Gabriel’s patient and empathetic approach; he took the time to ensure I fully understood each step, even double-checking everything to avoid any potential issues. It’s rare to encounter such a blend of expertise and kindness in customer service, and it made what could have been a stressful errand feel seamless and positive. Gabriel is a true asset to the Wells Fargo team—highly professional, incredibly helpful, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely return to his branch for future needs!

  Extremely slow service! 1 Teller at window. 1 Teller at drive through. 2 service reps. Old man worked the younger man to death while sitting doing nothing. I closed my account because I was deceived in 2016 and there was no effects to try and save it. Never again in life. Not not first horrible experience with Wells Fargo.

  Beware of men in suits, he's mad with just one simple question like, “ sir, you know how long we have to wait “. Then he yells at us like his wife just cheated on him three times a week, and we have no I idea why he has to act like that, just rude!
