- PGPriscilla GarzaJul 29, 20251.0This is hands down the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever dealt with. The experience was so consistently poor that I ultimately had to close all of my accounts. There’s an obvious reason why they have such a high turnover rate with their bankers, people don’t stay long in toxic environments. The branch manager is shockingly unprofessional and lacks basic competence. It’s no surprise they’ve lost many high-net-worth clients. The level of disorganization, lack of follow-through, and dismissive attitude toward clients and selective interpretation of rules is unacceptable.
