- VVVanessaSep 19, 20251.0This branch has the worst unprofessional representatives Especially Tania who called my husband who flirted with my husband and was rude to me not once did she call too see if I got my card in the mail very awkward moment through the whole process I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for a very long time and her service was very unprofessional and I don’t blame my husband Jose for giving you a survey . She didn’t make me. Feel welcome at all. Instead, she only treated me like a transaction.Tania you should be retrained with no raise for how low you treated me And no follow up . You gave a bad tase for Wells Fargo .Hope they train you better and make sure you call the wife too not Just the husband cause you want to flirt with him .

The service manager behind the counter was extremely rude and when I asked to talk to the bank manager she told me I had to sit in a chair otherwise she would not go and get the store manager. I am not a dog and will not sit on command. When I told her I would not sit in a chair and she told me then she would not go get the manager. I work in customer service and pride myself on excellent customer service and this place provides zero customer service.
