- JGJesus GonzalezJul 28, 20251.0Worst Wells Fargo branch location. Tellers are incompetent and lazy. Do not offer help what so ever. The security guard is also lazy I was robbed and asked for assistance he proceeded to tell me to go to the police station instead of helping me on the spot. The bank offers no help in my situation they said it was high risk and couldn't help me any further so they closed my accounts. Never missed a payment with them banked with them for years. Now I'm happy to say ill never bank with Wells Fargo again.
- MBMayra BeltranAug 5, 20191.0if it was for me i wouldn't even put a star this is the worst bank!! costumer service sucks the tellers move so slow like if they don't want to help people and there was like 20 persons in line for only 2 tellers they have to put ether ATM's that you can withdraw more that what is the daily amount or they need to hire more tellers..
