- ALAllyson LaBordeJul 27, 20251.0My review is not about this branch in particular, but I did not find a way to review Wells Fargo as a whole---not in a timely manner, at least. As a customer, I am treated like a disposable object at this company. I do not expect Wells Fargo to be my best friend, but I do expect them to do what they say they will do. And to help when a customer is in a bind that the customer did not create. I asked for and ordered an ATM-only card for international travel, and when it did not arrive in time for my trip (even though it was scheduled to), I called customer service. I received no human empathy for the situation I was in, no willingness to brainstorm about unconventional solutions, and no offer to expedite the arrival of a new card in any way---even if I had been willing to pay for the expedited service. I found the experience infuriating. Any customer would deserve better. Google only permitted me to post this review if I gave at least one star. Otherwise, I would not give any.

I remember I used to get mediocre service at best, but as of recently I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I believe they changed out management which really helped this location out. I would definitely recommend after the switch in management.
