- KBKevin BOct 1, 20251.0They only make change if you have a certain type of account with them. If you are a customer but not with the a specific type of account they are unhelpful. Not sure why you wouldn’t do something easy for an existing customer. It’s not like it’s some random person walking in, and even if it was, why not just make change for them? You’re a bank.

If it weren’t such a pain to change all my account drafts and direct deposit, I’d pull every cent I have from Wells Fargo and go to a different bank…. These guys here will make a good day a bad one in a hurry…..
