I remember the last time I came to this location the banker that was temporarily over there had an attitude just like the other comments say this guy told me when he was disrespectfully greeting me that he was feeling iffy so he didn't know how he was going to feel today. Y'all need to fix this this is craziness. Also why are the employees taking up the front parking spaces?

Not sure why you wouldn’t do something easy for an existing customer. It’s not like it’s some random person walking in, and even if it was, why not just make change for them? You’re a bank.

I was not properly greeted I just kinda new I was next in line so I approached, after advising Patricia M. would like to withdraw $1k, She asked If this was an IRS refund return? I replied yes! Patricia M. then stated the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I asked well what funds are available her reply $3.61. I was not given any real explanation furthermore any options on what to do next other than "Come back tomorrow"!. After leaving that branch I went to the branch right down the way on Westheimer Rd. where the First thing the Teller said When I approached was "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" due to my birthday this month... not to mention Krystal treated me 1000x better in the customer service world!!!! Will be giving that branch manager a wonderful call to express. Patricia M. could def use some CUSTOMER SATISFACTION tips from Krystal!! BTW Krystal also said there were no holds on my account and I was able to withdraw my $1k!!! Kudos to Krystal :)
